By accessing and using the RSA Pharmaceutical List Services website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services and Products
RSA Pharmaceutical List Services provides pharmaceutical and biotechnology contact databases for business-to-business marketing purposes. Our databases include contact information such as names, titles, companies, email addresses, phone numbers, and mailing addresses.
3. Data Ownership and Licensing
Upon purchase, you receive full ownership of the database. You may use the data for legitimate business purposes including email marketing, direct mail campaigns, telemarketing, and sales prospecting. Resale or redistribution of the data to third parties is prohibited without written consent.
4. Payment Terms
All purchases are subject to pricing provided in your quote. Payment is due upon invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. All prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise.
5. Replacement Guarantee
RSA provides guaranteed replacements for 12 months from the date of purchase. If any email addresses bounce or contacts become invalid within this period, we will replace them at no additional cost. Replacement requests must be submitted to our support team with documentation of bounced or invalid records.
6. Data Accuracy
While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of our databases, we cannot guarantee that 100% of records will be current at the time of delivery. Contact information changes frequently in the business world, which is why we offer our 12-month replacement guarantee.
7. Limitation of Liability
RSA Pharmaceutical List Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our databases. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the database in question.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
